Upon receiving your brief it is my job to understand every facet of your end goal to the best of my ability and showcase how we will meet your KPI's in simple to read roadmap backed by data and up to date insight. In this step we will provide a presentation or one pager (whichever suits your preference) outlining a reversed engineered approach to conceptualise your ideal event or brand activation.

During the lead up to your event we will meet all your KPI's and check-list everything outlined in your events roadmap. On event day we will also check-list a separate to-achieve list based on Influencer involvement, Budgets being met and timeline accuracy.
