• BI Rationalization (2022-ongoing)

  • Formulated an automated governance app for the entire organization and made it a mandatory operational activity on the Qlik platform. • Conducted workshops for app optimization and organized bootcamps to raise awareness on BI standards and best practices. • Improved server performance, reducing costs for platform scalability. • Continuous Improvement ongoing and all apps being monitored for best performance. Citizen dev model in plan to be executed next. Reporting catalogue also introduced to remove redundant reports.
