Design tokens are imperative to delivering successful multi brand design systems, however teams often struggle with how to get started in building robust systems.

I like to get to know a business and the people working there. Design systems are highly personal, and need to be tailored to their users. I can provide education for teams needing to up-skill in design systems, focused on how systems work, UX&UI best practices, accessibility, technical design, and code-for-designers. We will start with auditing workshops, you walk me through your designs, and we work on categorising information architecture to categorise your design decisions. Depending on your wants and needs, I can either develop a system independently, and provide regular check-ins to shape the system, or I can provide coaching and workshops to have you and your team learn to build the system yourself in hands-on working sessions.
