How much do you need to know about my business before the call?
As little as possible. Our introductory call will be more about you getting to know me and how the process works. If we feel like we're a good fit for each other, I'll ask for the links to any relevant websites and social media channels and begin exploring your accounts the way an organic customer would—this way we can assess how clear your messaging and branding are.
How many calls will we have?
2-3: an introductory call, a discovery call, and an optional 15-minute review after you have implemented the suggested changes.
What's included
Introductory Call
You'll get to know me and I'll walk you through the process. At this point, I will ask for as little information about your business as possible.
Brand Audit
I do an audit of your business with as little background info as possible (to experience it as a first-time customer would).
Discovery Call
You share the story, purpose, and goals for your business, then I share my findings and notes.
Action Plan
I create an actionable plan for how to improve your marketing moving forward, delivered via Google Docs.
Growth!
You execute on the notes and say buh-bye to your growth plateau! We will also schedule an optional 15-minute follow-up call for any further questions or advice.
