What's included

• Scrum Meetings

  I can set-up, moderate, and follow up on Scrum meetings. My goal, though, is to make myself obsolete and teach the team how to conduct the meetings themselves.

• Product Owner Support

  I have successfully worked as a Product Owner. If necessary, I will jump in and support the PO with slicing stories, coming up with product and sprint goals, stakeholder management.

• Manage inter-team dependencies / Agile Scaling

  I will help manage dependencies between teams. We can do this using a custom approach or using an agile Scaling Framework like SAFe, LESS, or NEXUS.

• Continous product discovery practices

  I will establish continuous product discovery practices including determining product goals, regular user and customer interviews, usability and assumption testing.

• Conflict Resolution

  I will help solve conflicts between team members.
