Problem
Repetitive work is eating your week. A new form lead gets copied into the CRM, then a follow-up email draft. The inbox gets triaged and an AI summary written. The weekly re
port g
ets gathered into Sheets and posted to Slack. Each task is small on its own, but together they add up to hours every week.
Build
I build an automation around one real task, in the tools you already use (n8n / Make / Zapier). Up to 8 steps, or a small custom agent (GPT/Grok via API) for one job. I test it end to end, including missing data and a failure alert. Everything runs in writing — no calls. You send the brief; I reply within 24h with a written plan and confirm the scope, then deliver in 5 days.
Result
What you get: one working automation built around a real task — for example, new form lead → CRM → follow-up email draft, inbox triage and an AI summary, or weekly report to Sheets → Slack; a written handover doc (what it does, how to change it, what it costs to run); a short screen recording; a workflow export where the platform supports it; and 7 days of fix support after delivery. Proof it ships: PDF Insight, an AI tool to chat with and extract insights from PDFs (https://aniccaai.com/pdf-insight), and Anicca, an iOS affirmation app live on the App Store — both live products I designed, built and operate solo.
What I need from you
The task, the apps involved, and a sample input/output; access to those apps (or an invited account); and the approximate monthly volume.
Tool subscriptions and API/model usage are billed by those providers, not included. Larger multi-workflow projects can be scoped separately.
Result in one line: the task runs by itself, every time, with a failure alert if something breaks — so the hours spent copying, triaging, and compiling go back to work only you can do.
