Process

1. Initial Client Contact and Brief
Project Discussion: A detailed discussion occurs to understand the client's vision, target audience, and desired look.
Brief Creation: A comprehensive project brief is developed, outlining the project scope, desired color palette, look and feel, and deadlines.
2. Project Estimation and Quotation
Footage Assessment: Evaluate the footage to determine the complexity of the color grading process.
Rate Negotiation: Discuss project rates, payment terms, and potential revisions.
Proposal Creation: A detailed proposal is presented outlining the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and cost.
3. Project Initiation and Pre-Production
Contract Signing: A formal contract is signed by both parties outlining the terms and conditions.
Project Kickoff: A project kickoff meeting is held to establish expectations, roles, and responsibilities.
Footage Transfer: The client provides the necessary footage in a suitable format.
4. Color Grading Process
Media Organization: Organize and categorize footage for efficient workflow.
Initial Color Assessment: Analyze the footage to identify color imbalances and potential challenges.
Color Grading: Apply color correction, grading, and creative looks to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Look Development: Iterate on different color looks based on client feedback.
5. Review and Revisions
Client Review: Present the color graded footage to the client for feedback and approval.

Multiple Revisions: Iterate the color grading process until the client is fully satisfied.
6. Final Delivery
Master File Creation: Create a high-quality color graded master file in the desired format (e.g., ProRes, DNxHD).
