1. Getting Aligned We’ll kick things off by reviewing your brand, existing materials (if any), and understanding the story you want your website to tell. This helps ensure the final design feels familiar yet elevated.

2. Discovery Chat A laid-back conversation where we dive into your goals, your audience, and what success looks like for your business. Think of it as the blueprint phase, but more human.

3. Research & Strategy I’ll dig into the landscape — analyzing user needs, competitors, and visual trends. This phase sets the creative direction and ensures we’re building something with real intent.

4. Mapping the Experience This is where we outline the structure: user journeys, flowcharts, and low-fidelity wireframes that lay out how people will move through your site.

5. Visual Direction Next, I’ll craft 2–3 design directions that reflect the tone, feel, and vision for your site — a visual test drive to help us pick the right path.

6. Custom UI Design Using the chosen direction, I’ll fully design up to 5 pages in detail — combining layout, interaction, and identity into a sleek high-fidelity prototype ready to hand off.

7. Feedback & Refinement You’ll have up to 3 collaborative rounds of revisions where we fine-tune the details together, ensuring every corner feels just right.

8. Responsive Layouts The designs will be optimized for all screen sizes — mobile, tablet, desktop — ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience everywhere.

9. Developer Handoff I’ll package everything neatly with clear annotations, organized layers, and design specs to make the development process straightforward and smooth.

10. Post-Launch Support Most of my clients become long-term collaborators. I build trusting relationships where you can rely on me even beyond the site launch.

How will we communicate during the project?
We’ll keep communication smooth and simple. I’m flexible with tools like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord for quick chats. For detailed feedback or walkthroughs, we can use Zoom or Google Meet. Figma comments will also be used during revision phases to keep things organized.
How many revisions are included?
You’ll get up to 3 structured revision rounds during key stages of the design process. This gives us time to iterate together and ensure the final design reflects your vision.
What happens if I need more revisions?
If more than 3 rounds are needed, no stress — additional revisions can be handled as add-ons at my hourly rate. We'll always agree before proceeding to ensure transparency.
Can I request updates or new pages after the project is done?
Absolutely. I'm here for the long run. You can reach out for one-off updates billed hourly, or we can set a custom package if you need ongoing design work or multiple new pages.
