I’ll use my 5 years of industry experience working with big-name brands to create an effective website just for you, without all the stress.

I treat my work as a safe space for those who feel unsure about working with a mainstream design studio. I’ll take the time to 1. get to know you and your goals, 2. answer your questions and 3. use my expertise to help you tell your story.

Process

STEP 01

INTRODUCTIONS

First step is to get to know you and your project goals. We’ll start with a questionnaire and a call to make a plan and to answer any questions you may have.

STEP 02

EXPLORATION

Then it’s time for me to go away and conduct market research, understand your audience and explore possible ideas for your website. I’ll keep in touch throughout this time.

STEP 03

REFINEMENT

Now all the pieces are in place and it’s only a matter of getting everything just right. I’ll get your feedback across two rounds of revisions, making sure your website feels authentic to you.

STEP 04

LAUNCH

Once it’s all approved, I’ll transfer ownership of the website over to you and guide you through using it. Now you have a website that helps your audience AND represents you!

What's included

Discovery call
This discovery call will help me get to know you and your project goals. We'll spend 20-30 minutes making a plan and answering any questions you may have.
Client portal
You'll have your own portal in Notion where you can find all of the project details (and later, deliverables) all in one place. No more sifting through emails to find what you're looking for!
Regular communication
You'll be kept in the loop throughout the project so you know what's happening and how things are going. You have the freedom to be involved as much or as little as you like.
Market research, including competitor analysis and audience research
I'll conduct market research to understand your industry, audience and competitors better. This will allow us to better position you in the market and make it easier to explore possible ideas for your website.
Design strategy
I'll put together a design strategy based on your goals and the findings of my market research.
Custom website design
Depending on the approved design strategy, your website will be up to 8 pages and will be built on Squarespace, Framer, Readymag or Shopify. (If you have a different platform in mind, just let me know!)
Up to 2 rounds of revisions
I'll share the rationale for my design decisions, and we'll have up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure everything is as you hoped it would be!
Mobile optimisation
Your website will be designed to be responsive, meaning it will function just as well on mobile devices as it does on desktop.
SEO optimisation
Your website will be built with on-site SEO strategies to enhance its visibility on search engines.
Helpful Loom videos
You'll have guided walkthroughs of the design and how to use your new website!
Launch support & aftercare
Once the final design is approved, we’re ready to launch your new website! I’ll hand over the website ownership to you, and I can be available to help with launch if needed (for example, to connect your domain to your new website). You’ll also have 3 months of aftercare support with me (limited to troubleshooting and maintenance).
