Summary
Research and analysis: I start by gathering information about the users, the product, and the competitive landscape. I also analyze any existing data or user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
Wireframing: I create wireframes to sketch out the basic layout and navigation of the user interface. Wireframes are low-fidelity prototypes that can be used to quickly test and iterate on the design with users.
Prototyping: Once I have a solid wireframe, I create a prototype to test the user experience and functionality. Prototypes can be high-fidelity or low-fidelity, depending on the needs of the project.
Usability testing: I conduct usability testing with users to get feedback on the prototype and identify any areas for improvement. Usability testing helps me to ensure that the design is user-friendly and easy to use.
Reiteration: Based on the feedback from usability testing, I make changes to the design and create a new prototype. I repeat this process until the design is finalized and ready for development.
