Discovery Sprint — Five Days, Four ArtifactsAlex Nizhelsky
Before you commit to a build, buy certainty about the hardest part of it.
Five days, fixed price. Monday: system audit. Tuesday: two to three stakeholder interviews. Wednesday: a technical proof-of-concept spike on the riskiest element. Thursday: sprint planning with costs. Friday: a 90-minute delivery session.
You keep four artifacts: an architecture decision record, a costed sprint plan, the interview findings, and a deployed working spike of the hardest technical element. They are yours whether or not we build the rest.
It costs about two to four hours of founder time. Around 80% of our discovery sprints go on to a build engagement — but the point of buying one is to find out, cheaply, whether it should. Based in Uruguay, working US hours.
