You wil receive the complete design, both low and high fidelity design with Figma as the major tools. Design file will consist full design screens that can be edited and ready to hand off to developers.

The website will be designed to work across all screen sizes, including desktop, tablet and mobile. Your website will be designed to maintain smooth experience for all users and also to maintain consistency.
Prototype
I will provide design prototype on Figma so you can have it first hand and test how the website flow will be and I'm also open for reviewing flow errors and navigations before development.
Developer support
Guidance during development stage so the live website can match the approved design.

It depends on the kind of website you want but it mostly take 1-3 weeks, I will give your deadline when I know the scope of the website you want after reviewing your needs.
Yes, you can do revisions about the design, typically 2 times revision.
No, I can only do the design part but I'm always available to work with developer of your choice.
