Do you offer payment plans?
For flat fee jobs, Contra will request full payment from you, the client, and only release 50% of the total cash to me right away. The remaining 50% will be held until the project is finished. Most projects require two payments: a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. We can establish payment milestones for bigger projects. Contra has no commissions at all! But each time a client makes a payment, they will be assessed a Stripe processing fee. Contra uses Stripe to handle payments, so credit card information is never kept on our site.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Our small-scale renovation projects may need two (2) to three (3) weeks, contingent upon our contact frequency. We plan to regularly monitor our project's timetable by doing pulse checks.
We need a website. Can you create a website for us?
Yep! We offer website design currently for a limited amount of slots. We currently build with WordPress.
