  • Discovery call (30 minutes)

    Introductory call to understand how I can help you

  • Qualitative & Quantitative Research

    All research material: Research plan, Interviews recordings and transcripts, surveys, and results.

  • Research Analysis

    Analysis and conclusion of the research - what is the problem we are solving for our customers - their needs and pain points

  • Understanding Target Users

    User personas of the target gathering their profiles, demographics, their needs, their pain points and particularities tight to the product or service developed through personas, empathy maps and journey maps.

  • UI Designs and/or Redesigns

    In the form of wireframes, user flows, information architecture, site maps and high-fidelity UI prototypes. (I do not do hmtl, css or coding. What I would create is what to give to a developer)

  • Custom Design System

    Deck delivered of tone, type system, colour hierarchy, and brand identity used in the high fidelity.

  • Source files

    The design files for the website or app will be provided in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, and more. Additionally, if specified in the contract, the original source files, which may be in formats like .fig (Figma) or .xd (Adobe XD), will also be available as either a shareable link or file.
