What's included

• Microsoft Program Practice Analysis

  Perform a GAP analysis to serve as a roadmap for the current state vs the future state. This information will be used to create a detailed project/change management plan.

• Microsoft Program Roadmap Presentation

  The project roadmap is discussed with the customer and dates are assigned to the project plan.

• Microsoft Program Implementation

  This will be a multi month project to implement the Microsoft Project and ensure all basis are covered. This entire part of the project is documented in detail to establish standard operating procedures.

• Microsoft Program Internal Training

  Training is given to the relevant stakeholders on how to manage the program and training/onboarding documentation is handed over.

• Microsoft Program Internal Handover

  Any additional support and handover material is provided in this phase.
