Perform a GAP analysis to serve as a roadmap for the current state vs the future state. This information will be used to create a detailed project/change management plan.

The project roadmap is discussed with the customer and dates are assigned to the project plan.
Microsoft Program Implementation
This will be a multi month project to implement the Microsoft Project and ensure all basis are covered. This entire part of the project is documented in detail to establish standard operating procedures.
Microsoft Program Internal Training
Training is given to the relevant stakeholders on how to manage the program and training/onboarding documentation is handed over.
Microsoft Program Internal Handover
Any additional support and handover material is provided in this phase.
