Process

Questionnaire:
I will send you an initial questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire is designed to gather important details about your project, including your goals, target audience, preferred styles, and any specific requirements.
30-Minute Consultation:
After reviewing your completed questionnaire, we'll schedule a 30-minute consultation. This meeting can be conducted over the phone or via video call. During this consultation, we'll discuss your answers to the questionnaire in more detail, clarify any points, and ensure we have a solid understanding of your vision and needs.
Proposal and Agreement:
Based on our consultation, I will create a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and budget. Once you review and approve the proposal, we will sign a formal agreement to start the project. This will include a deposit of 50% of the project cost in order to secure your spot.
Concept Development:
I begin the design process by conducting further research and developing initial concepts. This phase includes creating mood boards, sketches, and basic layouts to explore different directions for your project.
Design Presentation:
The initial designs are presented to you for feedback. Depending on the project's scope, this presentation includes various design elements and possibly a few different concepts.
Revisions and Refinements:
Based on your feedback, I will make the necessary revisions to refine the designs. This stage may involve several rounds of tweaks to ensure that the design aligns perfectly with your vision.
Final Approval:
Once the revisions are completed, I present the final design to you for your approval. At this stage, you can review all aspects of the design to ensure everything is per your expectations.
Delivery of Design Files:
After receiving your approval, I will prepare and send all the necessary design files in the required and agreed-upon formats. The files cannot be delivered until final payment is received.
Project Closure and Follow-Up:
The project is officially closed now that the final files have been delivered. However, I will follow up with you after a short period to ensure that everything is working as expected and to discuss any further needs or additional support.
Ongoing Support:
I am available for any future updates or new projects. Based on your future needs, ongoing support, and maintenance can be arranged.
