Summary
I will take any space, as small as a single bedroom up to a whole home, and create detailed plans including labels and measurements. The floor plan will include walls, doors, windows, fixtures, furniture, appliances, and more.
(Note: These are not construction/architectural documents, they are for you to plan out or visualize a space before committing to changes.)
Deliverables
Hand Sketch
A hand-drawn to-scale sketch which will serve as a rough guide for CAD designs.
Simple 2D Floor Plan
Entails a simple unlabeled 2D floor plan. The plan will include doors, windows, walls, and some plumbing fixtures.
Detailed 2D Floor Plan
Includes everything in the simple plan, but also furniture placement, cabinet sizing, and appliance locations.
