So the video can be made out of two thing

1) Videos out of images

2) Videos out of video clips (raw footage)

So my process of making a video is to understand and meet the client's requirements.

Then watch the entire video to understand when and where to make a cut and apply the appropriate transitions to the video and sound effects.

Finding the right music or sound effects for the video.
