This service includes responding to customer queries on calls, chats, emails, and other communication platforms. The goal will be to ensure that I am familiar with all company products and services to promote quick but efficient solutions based on each customer case.

    The goal of quality service is to ensure first call resolution for all queries and escalation as the last resort. This includes atleast 70% first call resolutions, and follow-up on escalations to ensure 24-hour turn-around for all customer-related issues.
