If these products are regularly maintained, most of the time all that is needed is a small uplift. But if left for too long, it can require something far larger.
By coming in with a fresh set of eyes, I can look holistically at your product and review any usability issues that may be occurring. I may also discover small fixes that can help with SEO, retention or other necessities that lead to the online success of your business.

Detailed Heuristic & UX Review
Based off of the Neilson Norman Group's '10 Usability Heuristics', you will receive a review of the overall usability of your product, as well as where the product is performing, and not. All of this information is easily laid out in a report with annotated screenshots.
Next Steps
You will receive a list of recommendations for next steps. As well as a main focus area to keep in mind.
