My service is not to offer solutions to the problems but rather coach people to jointly, as a team, learn how to identify and communicate the problems, identify the solutions and implement them.
On an individual coaching level, I identify the specific problems with team members and, whenever possible, coach them to adapt their behaviour to the team dynamics so they can increase their productivity and work satisfaction. Everybody is important and all contributions are needed.
