During the kickoff, we will have a call to discuss the business goals, audience, and design preferences. During the session, we will align the design goals with the business goals and define the next steps of the project.
📝 Problem Definition and Analysis
Write down the problem statement and the type of analysis needed to find the right solution. This can include:
User Research: who are your users and what do they need?
Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking: learn what your competitors are doing and know how to differentiate from them.
Personas: Representation of the group of your users.
🖥️ Wireframes and Prototypes
Wireframes provide the initial visualization of the products allowing you to provide early feedback before moving to a more compelling design.
Moving forward with a high fidelity design we will complete the design with the feedback provided Unlimited design revisions are based on your feedback to ensure the design expectations.

Feedback is incorporated during different stages of the design process to align with the goals and the design meets your expectations.
🗂️ Final Design Package
The design will be delivered on a Figma file including a design system and an interactive prototype ready for development or any other type of delivery adapted to your preferred platform.
