  Project Completion and Real-time Demonstration: Upon completion of the project, our company will demonstrate the functioning of the project on the client's front end in real-time. If any errors are identified during this demonstration, they will be promptly rectified before finalizing the project handover. This process is thoroughly documented to establish and maintain a trustful relationship between our company and the client. Maintenance and Emergency Handling: We offer 1 year of free maintenance and emergency handling services after project completion. For larger projects, the duration of free maintenance may be extended accordingly. After the initial free period, the client will be required to pay a nominal fee for continued maintenance and emergency handling services, payable every two months. The maintenance schedule is flexible and can be adjusted based on the client's feasibility and payment compliance. Discounts for New Features or Products: Clients are eligible for discounts when requesting new features or products that fall within the scope of the original project. These discounts are applicable while adhering to the maintenance and emergency handling terms outlined above. Data Security and Design Ownership: Our company ensures the security of all client-related data and assets. However, we do not provide design or any other assets that may pose a risk to our clients or our company. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this policy but prioritize the security and integrity of both parties. Flexibility in Terms and Conditions: Some conditions and terms may vary based on the client's feasibility and specific requirements. While our company maintains control over these terms and conditions, we strive to provide flexible options that accommodate the client's needs and preferences.
