I offer end-to-end UX/UI design services built on a design thinking process powered by AI. The process begins with user research, including interviews and surveys, to understand real behaviors and pain points. AI tools support this phase by identifying behavioral patterns and generating proto-personas, which sharpen the direction before any design work begins. From there, I move into information architecture and wireframing, followed by high-fidelity UI design. Every concept is tested with real users, not assumptions, using usability testing to validate flows and identify friction points. Findings are translated into iterations, refining the design until it performs the way it needs to. I also conduct UX audits on existing products, evaluating usability, information architecture, and conversion flows to identify what's creating friction and where the experience is falling short.
