Full description

Sometimes the biggest UX problem isn’t how to design the product. It’s determining what should be built, for whom, and why.
In this sprint, I’ll help turn an ambiguous idea, product challenge, or emerging opportunity into a clearer strategic direction.
I’ll examine the problem through a human-centered and systems-oriented lens—considering user needs and behavior, context and culture, business objectives, existing evidence, product constraints, and technical realities.
Rather than jumping directly into screens, we’ll establish what problem deserves attention, where meaningful opportunities exist, and what the product should prioritize.
The outcome is a focused product direction and actionable UX strategy your team can use to move confidently into design, validation, or development.

What you’ll receive

• Existing research and product evidence review • Problem and opportunity framing • User needs, behaviors, and contextual analysis • Assumption and risk identification • Jobs-to-be-done / user framing where appropriate • Journey or ecosystem mapping where useful • Opportunity areas and strategic design principles • Concept and feature prioritization • Recommended MVP/MLP scope • Clear next-step roadmap • Final strategy artifact + stakeholder walkthrough

Best for

Founders and product teams with a new idea, an unclear product direction, conflicting priorities, an emerging opportunity, or an existing product that needs strategic clarity before further design and development.

Scope boundary

This engagement focuses on discovery, synthesis, and product/UX strategy. Large-scale primary research, participant recruitment, complete interface design, production development, and extensive prototyping are not included unless separately scoped.
