We'll begin with an initial call to discuss your current objectives, key results, and challenges. During these calls, we'll work to pinpoint the specific behavior changes that need to occur in your organization. We'll then conduct a series of additional calls for me to teach and help you integrate the principles of behavior design throughout your organization. I'll then conduct one-on-one calls with team members to conduct functional analyses of pinpointed behaviors and design targeted interventions. We'll then implement these interventions and monitor performance while I continue to work one-on-one with team members.
