Knowing what we need to do to hit your goals is key. Let me help you shape this so we know what we are doing and why we are doing it. With a background in Business Analysis I can draft requirements and stories as needed.
RAID Log
Helping you manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the project. Expect this after week 1 and management of it in appropriate intervals.
Tech assessment/Selection
Let's look at the what and why. With my experience in no code tooling I will help you make sure where you spend your money is the right place to extract maximum value.
