What's included:
One channel: a chat widget for your website, or WhatsApp if you have (or are setting up) WhatsApp Business API access
The assistant written around your own services, prices, opening hours and rules, with replies generated by Claude
Booking requests sent to you by email or saved to a Google Sheet, with the option to approve replies before they go out
A test round with your own sample questions, one revision, and a short handover guide
Not included: running costs billed by third parties (WhatsApp provider, hosting, AI usage), calendar or CRM integrations (quoted separately), and any guarantee of bookings or sales.
Delivery: 5 days from receiving your business details and channel access. Meta's WhatsApp approval time is outside those 5 days.
