Summary
I'll start by understanding the business, its metrics and any insight you consider relevant. Next we'll have a meeting to talk more about or clarify any doubt. (Optional) we can have a brainstorming session to come up with more ideas. Then I'll start designing flows, confirm them and finally start working on hi-fi screens.
Every process is different. Sometimes we can have more or less steps depending on the project size or the project needs.

Figma file
Projects are ours. You'll have access to Figma files in case you need them in the future.
Documentation
Best for this is Notion. We'll try to document as much as possible every product/design decision so, we can go back and see the why of what we are doing.
