Summary
You wouldn't want your users to have a terrible experience on your website when your competitors are doing their best to surpass you.
In this service, I'll take a close look on every aspect of your product, whether it's an app or a website and will do a complete UX analysis of that.
This would ensure that your team is aware of where does your product lack in terms of improvement.
NOTE: I would only review your product and give you a report on where you can improve it. It doesn't include designing of the product.
What's included
Detailed UX Analysis
I will do a complete UX heuristic analysis of your website/app. This would be to ensure that your product meets all standards for a top-tier User Experience.
Heuristic Score & Report
After the analysis is done, I'll share the overall score of the analysis for each individual aspect of your product. It would also contain priority on which your team can take on those tasks to improve on them.
Improvement Scope
Wherever I will notice a scope for improvement, I'll share my suggestions on how your design and Dev team can improve on that.
