• Do I need to have a brand identity before starting?

  Yes — your visual identity (logo, color palette, and typography) should already be established. If you don’t have one yet, I recommend starting with the Brand Strategy & Visual Identity service first, so your website design is fully aligned with your brand direction.

• Which platform should I choose?

  I work with Wix Studio, Showit, and Squarespace for service-based businesses — each platform offers flexibility and a seamless user experience. For ecommerce projects, I design and develop on Shopify (see the Ecommerce Website service). If you’re not sure which platform suits you best, I’ll guide you toward the one that aligns with your goals, workflow, and desired level of customization.

• How long does the process take?

  The full process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of pages, integrations, and feedback rounds. A detailed project timeline is shared at the start to ensure a smooth, organized experience.

• Will my site be optimized for mobile?

  Absolutely. Every website I design is fully responsive and tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile for a flawless browsing experience.

• Will I be able to edit my site afterward?

  Yes. At the end of the project, you’ll receive a personalized training session and a recorded video walkthrough, so you can confidently manage and update your site on your own.

• Do you handle copywriting as well?

  If you already have written content, I’ll refine it for clarity, tone, and structure to ensure it flows seamlessly across your pages. If not, we’ll co-create your copy together — blending your ideas with AI-assisted writing tools to shape clear, engaging text that feels authentic to your brand voice.

• Do you offer payment plans?

  Yes. The investment can be split into two equal payments — 50% to begin and 50% upon final delivery.
