What's included

  • Initial Assessment and Vision Building

    Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization's current state, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis). Facilitate a visioning session with the leadership team to define the organization's core values, purpose, and long-term goals (10-year target).

  • People and Structure

    Identify the right people for the organization's key roles (Integrator, Visionary, and leadership team). Define accountabilities and responsibilities for each role. Establish a clear organizational structure aligned with the known principles and frameworks.

  • Traction and Execution

    Implement the Traction component, including: Establishing quarterly rocks (priorities) and weekly meetings (accountability). Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard metrics. Developing effective meeting pulse and agenda. Addressing identified issues and obstacles.

  • Process Components

    Introduce and implement process components into the leadership and team structures: Vision/Traction Organizer Issues Solving Track Rocks, Data, and Scorecards

  • Quarterly and Annual Planning

    Facilitate quarterly and annual planning sessions. Provide guidance on setting and achieving quarterly rocks and annual goals. Assist in continual process improvement and refinement.

  • Ongoing Support and Coaching

    Provide ongoing coaching and support to the leadership team and employees. Conduct regular check-ins and address any implementation challenges. Offer guidance on sustaining the foundational principles and maintaining organizational accountability.
