• How do I redeem my points to a service?

  Redeeming your points is as easy as sending a message and leaving your instructions for me. I will ask questions if clarifications are necessary. We may also schedule a call to discuss the details of the project.

• Until when can I redeem my points?

  Your points may be redeemed depending on your purchase: the Fortnight package allows redemption within 2 weeks of purchase; Monthly Retainer within 1 month; & VIP within 2 months.

• What if I don't know which package to avail?

  You may send a list of the services that you may need based on the Menu of Services and I can outline a package that is tailored to your needs.

• What if I only have a particular project completed such as legal research or legal writing?

  I also accept particular projects based on the Menu - just message me what you need done. I will reply with a proposal for delivery time and payment terms.

• What if the project I want to be completed is not on the Menu of Services?

  You may feel free to send me an inquiry and I will reply if it is part of my skills set but was just not included on the Menu (eg: email inbox management, calendar management, writing a demand letter, general article writing, English to Tagalog translation services, etc). We can then discuss the project details and payment terms.

• What happens if I was not able to redeem all of my purchased points within their set redemption period?

  If you avail my paralegal services again within two months from the last day of your past redemption period, we can add your unused points to your new purchased package. Otherwise, they become invalid and can no longer be used.
