I will provide you with an onboarding form to gather any necessary details prior to our discussion.
2. Kickoff Meeting
It's a chance for us to get to know each other and to discuss the project in detail so that we're on the same page.
We'll also discuss:
Final confirmation of deliverables.
How you prefer to communicate (email, Slack, video call, project management tools).
Expectations for revisions and feedback timelines.
Confirm deadlines and any milestones.

I will begin working on the project according to the agreed timeline and maintain communication with you throughout the project to provide status updates.
Feedback loops: I will send drafts and incorporate any revisions that you provide. I allow 2 rounds of revisions.

Final Review Call/Email: We will schedule a call, or an email will be sent to you to review the completed work so that I know you are happy with the final outcome!

Format: Airtable/Confluence/Google Sheets Basic Package: One month of content planning with content ideas/themes. Standard Package: Three months of content planning and SEO tips. Premium Package: Six months of planning for 2+ platforms, including themes, visuals, SEO tips, and engagement strategies for each month. Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included *I offer additional revisions at an hourly rate.
