• Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

  Bringing a full-time senior designer onboard can be a significant investment, often exceeding $100,000 annually once you factor in benefits, translating to more than $8,000 each month. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

• Can I submit multiple design requests?

  Yes, absolutely! Once you've subscribed, you can queue up as many design projects as you wish. We'll tackle your requests one at a time, ensuring each one receives the attention it deserves.

• What's the turnaround time for design requests?

  Typically, most design requests are fulfilled within two days. However, depending on the complexity of your request, it might take a bit longer to ensure we meet your expectations.

• How does the subscription pause feature work?

  We recognize that your design needs may vary from month to month. If you find yourself with limited design tasks, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycle is based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use our service for 21 days and decide to pause, you will retain the remaining 10 days of service to use whenever you need in the future.

• What tools do your designers and developers use?

  We primarily use Figma for design tasks. For development, we use Bubble, a no-code platform that empowers us to bring almost any idea to life. Additionally, we automate business processes using Zapier, streamlining workflows efficiently.

• What if I'm not satisfied with a design?

  If a design doesn't meet your expectations, we'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

• Are there any types of design & development work you don't handle?

  Yes, there are certain areas we do not specialize in, including 3D modeling, creating animated graphics (such as GIFs), designing documents (like medical forms), complex packaging, extensive print design projects (for magazines, books, etc.), and some intricate back-end development tasks.

• What if I have just one design request?

  You can simply pause your subscription once your request is completed and resume it when more tasks come up.

• What's your refund policy?

  Given the high-quality standards of our work, we do not offer refunds. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services and will make necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.
