2. Quote and Contract: Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, I'll prepare a personalized quote and contract for your review. If everything aligns with your expectations, you can sign the contract to formalize our agreement.
3. Invoice for Deposit: Once the contract is signed, I'll send over an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. This payment is required before I commence work on your project.
4. Content Creation: With the paperwork and deposit sorted, I'll dive into crafting your customized copy tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. This involves thorough research to ensure the content resonates with your target audience and effectively communicates your message.
5. Revision Process: After completing the initial drafts, I'll upload them to a shared platform such as Google Docs and email you the link. You can then easily review and provide feedback directly in the document or via email, whichever you prefer. I offer up to three rounds of revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations without delays.
6. Final Payment: Once the content meets your expectations and final revisions are completed, I'll send the final invoice for the remaining balance. Upon payment, I'll remain available to assist you with any additional needs or questions you may have, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

A research fee of $20 per research hour (minimum $20) is also included to ensure thorough and well-informed content.

    Payment is conveniently processed through Square invoicing. Once the contract is signed, an invoice for a 50% deposit will be sent directly to your email. You can securely pay using various methods, including Cash App, credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Upon completion of the project and your approval of the final deliverables, the final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.

  • How do I provide feedback on the content?

    Once I've completed the initial drafts, I'll share a Google Docs link via email for your review. You have two options for providing feedback: 1. Directly in the Document: You can use the commenting feature within Google Docs to highlight specific areas for revision. This allows for precise feedback on particular sections or phrases. 2. Via Email: If you prefer, you can send your feedback via email. Please ensure your feedback is clear and organized, specifying the sections or points you'd like to address.

  • Can you ensure first page rankings?

    Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee first-page rankings. Securing a spot on the first page of Google search results entails numerous factors beyond just the quality of an article.

  • What is your turnaround time for delivering blog posts?

    My standard turnaround time for delivering content ranges from 2 to 5 days, depending on the length and complexity. I strive to accommodate clients’ timelines and deliver high-quality content within mutually agreed-upon deadlines.
