Business Analysis: Conducting surveying and client interviews to understand the business, goals, and challenges.
Website Audit: Analyzing UX & UI, finding usability issues, and providing improvement insights.
Building User Personas: Defining the target audience and building user persona cards that capture user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This allows tailoring the website to real user needs, improving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Defining Customer Journey Map: Developing a scenario-based sequence of the steps that a user takes to accomplish a high-level goal. This analysis helps identify pain points, reduce friction, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Proposing Improved User Flow: Defining and optimizing user flow, ensuring that visitors can complete key actions effortlessly. This process implies identifying roadblocks, refining navigation, and improving conversion paths by proposing alternative flows.
Research Summary & Documentation: Compile all findings into a clear, structured PDF report, outlining key insights, identified issues, and actionable recommendations for the client.

FAQs

  • What tools are used?

    The tools used for diagrams, schematics, and other graphics are FigJam and Miro. Documentation is done in Notion. For task management and collaboration, I use Slack, Asana, or any other platform that is convenient for you.

  • How the results will be delivered?

    You will receive a clear, structured PDF report which will compile all findings, along with a Notion page. You will also receive a FigJam or Miro file with all diagrams and schematics.

  • How often will we communicate?

    We can discuss the approach to progress updates in the kick-off meeting. I’m always ensuring that the client is aware of the project progress. If you think semi-weekly, or weekly updates, or online meetings are needed, we can certainly agree on that.

  • What is meant by revision?

    Revisions are the corrections requested after a certain milestone. Based on such feedback, I can re-assess certain parts of the research or expand the analysis in order to effectively address business goals.
