Floor plan design is the phase 1 and I think this is the most important part of building process, and needs high attention to functionality and also keep the design modern and timeless.

I'll provide at least 3 different designs as a first draft and ask you to choose the one you like more, and then I'll ask for your feedback and will apply edits with a back and forward process. I'll apply unlimited edits on that until you are delighted with the final results.
