Responsibilities

Work closely with the business team to identify and research the project's scope.

Help determine the go-to-market/MVP features and build a product roadmap.

Capture requirements and convert them to technical user stories to the engineering team.

Work with design and engineering teams to identify and plan product updates.

Establish a robust documentation process to help future team members easily recognize the company vision.

Identify and optimize processes to ensure high team productivity.

Run regular planning meetings to support the team in achieving goals.

Setup product management process using tools like JIRA/Trello, Confluence/Notion to help organize the team's workflow.
