Summary
I will proofread and edit an article through multiple drafts (more than one draft will cost extra). Proofreading = fixing grammar and spelling. Editing = providing notes on what doesn't make sense, what topics should be elaborated on more, and other edits that can improve the overall flow. I can also just do proofreading or just do editing.
