Process

Onboarding: We begin our onboarding process by listening. We want to know about you, your business, your goals, and the current condition of your accounting records before we begin to implement an accounting solution that aligns with your business goals.
Service delivery: After onboarding is completed, we will work with you during each month to keep your bookkeeping organized and deliver your financial statements on time. We will also be available to discuss your business results in greater detail.
Additional help when you need it: We understand that additional questions come up during the year that don’t fall into the standard monthly accounting process. We are available on an hourly basis to assist with any additional issues as they may arise.

  • Is it possible to change my monthly service level?

    Yes, you may adjust your plan level as your needs change and your business grows.

  • What is the policy on cancellations?

    We understand that sometimes your needs change or you don’t find our services to be a good fit for you. We strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can – cancellations are allowed with 30 day notice period.

  • How does payment work?

    Payments are accepted through various convenient electronic methods. We also offer an autopay option.

  • What accounting software packages do you support?

    Our services are optimized for QuickBooks Online, but we can also support other software options such as Xero and Freshbooks.

  • Can you help us get ready for tax season?

    Absolutely! We maintain your accounting records throughout the year, so all your numbers are in order at the end of the year. We will provide a detailed tax reporting package directly to your tax accountant at the end of the year.

  • Transaction entry and coding

    All transactions entered in your accounting software at least monthly. (additional fee for weekly or daily updates)

  • Monthly financial statements

    Reliable, accurate financial statements delivered on autopilot. (basic reports are included, additional fees may apply for more complex reporting needs)

  • Budgeting service (optional)

    We review your previous results and future goals with you to determine a plan to reach your objectives with a detailed budget. (additional fees apply)

  • Cash flow forecasting (optional)

    We help map out your cash flow and assist with evaluating business decisions with respect to expected changes in future cash flow. (additional fees apply)
