Concept of Operations (ConOps) is a key document before technical requirements of any novel system is determined. By engaging with all stakeholders, diving deep into the technology, and understanding the environment of future operations, a ConOps document is created, providing a single-source of truth and detailed workflows that all stakeholders agree to and are guided by.
