I offer an extensive marketing analytics service that focuses not just on auditing and fixing tracking issues but includes working with you and your team to plan and implement an analytics stack that gives you the right data to make proper marketing decisions. We'll work together to make sure that you're tracking the basic events that are most important to your business (purchases, leads, content downloads etc.) and then work out which more custom and in-depth events would be valuable to you e.g. navigation link clicks. I'll be with you from implementing any fixes and recommendations to post-fix hyper-care to ensure everything is working properly. My full-service analytics offering is designed to be flexible and robust - so that you can be confident in your data pipeline going forward. From GTM/GA4 set ups including tracking pixels and tapping into the data layer to more complex CDP-based setups, I'm happy to advise and help you create a stack that empowers revenue generation, user engagement and good data practices.

Process

Kick-off Chat: We'll chat about your current marketing analytics setup and goals. It's important for me to get the full picture of what you need, so we can make the audit as relevant as possible to your business.
In-Depth audit: I'll roll up my sleeves and delve into your GA4 setup. This step is all about digging deep into your data accuracy and tracking, really getting to grips with how your users are interacting with your site.
Framework Outline: Armed with insights from the audit, we'll sit down (virtually or otherwise) to build out your new stack. This is where we map out a marketing analytics framework that's not just robust, but also custom-fit to your marketing aims.
Hands-On Implementation: I'll collaborate closely with your development team to put our plan into action, ensuring everything's tracking nicely in GA4. I'll be an extension of your team, working hand in hand to get things right and also offer advice and help upskill your team if they have any gaps in their knowledge.
Catch-up and Support: Once everything's up and running, we'll have a period for review and regular data hygiene catch-ups. It's a chance for you to see the improvements and for us to chat about leveraging your new and improved data. I'll also offer hyper-care for an agreed period.

    A thorough examination of your current GA4 setup or if you're not using GA4, your current tool. This includes assessing data accuracy, event tracking configurations, and understanding user behaviour. This will be delivered in a spreadsheet.

  • Recommendations

    Based on the audit findings, I will provide bespoke suggestions to improve your data collection strategies, enhance user tracking, and resolve any identified issues.

  • Implementation and Fixes (with GTM)

    Utilising Google Tag Manager, I'll implement the recommended changes, ensuring your GA4 is accurately tracking key metrics and user interactions and ensure your GTM and GA4 setup is as scalable as it is robust.

  • Health check and analysis

    Post-implementation, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the changes made, improvements in data collection, and insights into user behaviour and website performance alongside a health check ~2 months in to ensure everything is working well.
