After our initial meeting, Jon will provide a detailed scope of work. Within this phase, pricing will be provided.

This stage provides documents highlighting the organizational structure of the site. Documents include a site map and wireframes, if needed.
Content Plan
A document will be provided detailing what content is needed, who is responsible, as well as due dates of the content deliverables.
Site Design
Design examples of main sections will be provided before development to ensure project goals and client satisfaction is met. Design examples must be approved and signed before the website is constructed.
Project Development
This phase includes technical planning, content management integration, and project coding.
Quality Assurance
The project will be thoroughly tested before being presented.
Training
Administrators will be trained on how to update the website.
Website Launch
After training is completed and necessary content additions have been added, the website will be launched.
Status Reports
In an effort to keep you up-to-date with the development process, status reports will be provided through the use of an online project site (we use Basecamp). The project site will allow decision makers the ability to view all project documents, designs, schedules, etc.
