About this service

Summary

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Paris I worked there for almost two years, before starting as a chef in a famous parisian pastry shop. I moved to Bordeaux with my business partner to open our business based on pastry workshops and collaborations with Culinary Institutes.
I also specialised in food photography and attended some workshops with Silvia Bifaro and Eva Kosmas Flores.
As a Nutritionist I work every day with people with different nutritional needs, and I create for them recipes that are adapted to their condition.
