Why me? I have over 2 years of experience in email design and building designs in Klayvio. I’ve also dabbled a little bit in email marketing strategy so I have an adequate understanding of email flows, email and SMS campaigns, and the importance of A/B testing. I’m passionate about what I do and my priority is to be sure you are happy with the final product! I will thoroughly research and understand your brand to create a design(s) that will bring value to your brand and meet your highest expectations. 

Who have I worked with? I’ve worked with fashion/beauty brands, athletic apparel, health foods, accessories, subscription service, and the medical industry on their email marketing designs. 

How It'll Work ✨

🔎 POV: We did a test design and decided that I was a good fit for your brand. What’s next?

15-30 minute Onboarding Meeting  This is when we meet (virtually) for the first time! The purpose of the meeting is to get to meet one another and to get me familiar with your brand and your team’s workflow so I can contribute as seamlessly and quickly as possible. 

I’ll need a copy of the branding guidelines and any other documents to get me familiar with your brand!

Task Management Set-up  If your company doesn’t have a task management set-up or workflow for email marketing, I will create one so that we can manage all requests, revisions, and hand-offs. I typically use Asana but if there is another program you would rather use, I am open to that as well!

If you are looking for 1-2 email designs, a task management set-up won’t be necessary and we can communicate through direct messaging like Slack. 

Email Design Request  When submitting an email design request (whether through DM or Asana), please be as detailed as possible! The request should include:

Email Title (i.e. Black Friday email; Abandoned Cart Flow | Email 1, etc.)

Email due date (always set to at least 1 day before live date)

Link to copy doc

Any additional notes or specific images to include

Round 1 Revisions + Turnaround time The turnaround time for the first draft will be 1-2 days. 

A view-only Figma link will be provided for you to review and comment on the email design. Revisions will be completed as soon as possible so you can have the assets to publish your emails. 

File handoff Once the email is approved, I will send a full .jpg or .png of the email along with the email slices (if needed). I’ll use my best judgment to divide the slices as I presume you will use them if there aren’t any specific instructions given. 

File hand-off can be done through email, Slack, or uploaded into a work drive that your company uses. Whichever is easiest for you, I’m happy to cooperate!
