Process

**Stage 1**
- Discovery call
- Commercial proposal & Contract
- Prepayment
**Stage 2**
- Filling the detailed design brief (meeting if necessary)
- Studying competitors and market
- Milestone session 1. Brand platform session where we agree on brand core values, brand voice, target audience and direction of the design accordingly
- Milestone session 2. Approval of the mood board, reference board and direction idea (what I will design and what style I will use to reach the target audience)
**Stage 3**
- Developing design accordingly to the chosen direction
- Milestone session 3. Final presentation showcasing how the visual identity will appear on various media
> If necessary, development of an alternative conception. Typically, additional versions are not required, as we will thoroughly discuss the concepts and graphic solutions for your brand at the previous stage. However, if any misunderstanding arises and the direction does not seem suitable, we will step back, re-discuss everything, and I will present a different idea
- 2 iterations of revisions for the entire scope (if needed)
- Approval of the brand visual identity
**Stage 4**
- Short guidelines outlining the rules for using the visual identity
- Development of product packaging tech files for print (in accordance with approved visual identity) with provided die-lines from a printing company
- Source files in vector and raster formats for printing (AI, EPS) and screens (JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG). - Templates for Adobe Express (education session about using them for your SMM team if needed)

  • Typography&Color Choice

    Description of Typography choice for Headlines and Text. Color Choice for Digital and Print, Including choice of Pantone colors.

  • Style-defining elements

    Graphics, Patterns, Illustrtations

  • Packaging Design

    Choice of packaging way (boxes, pouches, bottles, etc) and presentation of the packaging on mockups. Files for print according to dielines from printing facility.

  • Communication Items

    Social Media design Posters and billboards design

  • Visual Identity guidelines

    A document that includes brand platform and defines rules of usage the visual identity: Logotype in all variants, how it can and cannot be used, color&typography choices, packaging design, everything that was designed in the process
