A licensed attorney since 1994, I have worked at two of the largest US law firms, later moving to the business side as both an entrepreneur and general counsel of a private equity backed services company that was eventually sold to a Fortune 50 company. Since then I have counseled clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries as both a lawyer and strategic business advisor - all at a fraction of law firm rates!

My specialties are contract law, business law, technology and IP transactions, website TOS, e-commerce and privacy policies, and early-stage business formation and governance. Unfortunately, I do not consult on criminal or personal matters (e.g., divorce) or potential lawsuits.
