I am currently leading 400+ volunteers nationally across Australia. My entire workforce is Gen Z, and I have had both great successes and failures, which have given me insights into leading and managing Gen Z productively.

Gen Z wants to make an impact, wants to make the world a better place, wants to have a work-life balance while ensuring we are inclusive and not discriminatory. The question is, how do we do that?
