  This deliverable combines a comprehensive layout of the outdoor space with precise measurements and proposed landscaping elements. It includes the placement of furniture, hardscape materials (paving, pathways), and softscape features (planting beds, trees, green areas). These plans optimize flow, function, and aesthetics across the site, helping visualize the complete spatial organization of the landscape design.

• Elevations

  This deliverable includes at least four exterior views of the designed landscape from different angles. These drawings show heights, surface treatments, planting arrangements, boundary elements, and visual relationships between architectural and landscape components. Elevations ensure a visually cohesive, functional, and regulation-compliant outdoor environment.

• Sections

  At least two vertical sectional drawings that provide insight into terrain levels, planting depth, retaining walls, and spatial hierarchies. Sections help convey the three-dimensional qualities of the landscape and ensure the feasibility and accuracy of slopes, grading, and transitions between outdoor zones.

• Reflected Ceiling Plans (For Covered/Structured Outdoor Spaces)

  Ceiling plans are included when the landscape features covered patios, pergolas, or semi-open outdoor structures. These plans detail overhead features such as beams, lighting fixtures, ceiling materials, and other integrations to ensure harmony between open-air and semi-sheltered zones.

• PDF Professional Portfolio

  This deliverable compiles all plans, drawings, and visual assets into a professionally formatted PDF. Ideal for presentations, reviews, or client documentation, it highlights your design’s key elements and communicates the full scope of the project in a cohesive format.

• Exterior 3D Visualization

  I will create a detailed 3D model of the design based on the provided plans, elevations, and site plans. The model will be rendered to provide realistic visualizations of the exterior, highlighting key design elements and features. A selection of high-quality renderings will be provided, offering a clear view of the project's aesthetics and how it interacts with its environment.

• Solar Panels / Solar Water Heaters - Add On

  Integration of solar technology into the site—either as roof-mounted panels or solar water heating systems—designed for energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

• Green Roof - Add On (If Applicable)

  A living roof system with vegetation for improved insulation, biodiversity, and stormwater management—seamlessly integrated into the overall landscape design.

• Passive Solar Design - Add On
